A co-op or private school that is not publicly funded can record what a family would pay for unfinished service. VolunteerBadge does not charge a card and does not send the amount to a billing company.
Set dollars per unfinished hour, block, or credit on Family service. An optional yearly maximum is the most one family is recorded for. Record the amount, then mark it approved, waived, or paid outside VolunteerBadge.
Download the reconciliation file when you are ready to enter those amounts in FACTS, Blackbaud, PayPal, or your own books.
A public school, a PTA, and any organization marked publicly funded does not see this control.
