Startup tools start from the organization, not from a project description. The default list is open Grants.gov opportunities that accept nonprofits, plus community foundations in your state. Private foundations are behind a switch labeled as relationship targets. Most of them do not accept an unsolicited proposal, and the IRS business master file does not contain that checkbox, so we do not pretend to have filtered it.
A few published rules are compared with the determination date and the revenue figure on file. The page states the rule and the figure. It does not say you are ineligible.
A federal application needs an active SAM.gov registration, about 7 to 10 business days. A deadline inside that window is marked.
Drafts made with the grant assistant can be exported with a disclosure that names the sections the assistant wrote. NIH, NEH, and NSF notes are shown because those agencies published them. Other funders are not given a guess.
