Staff roles describe what a person does in one session. Open them from This season. Use starter roles adds the common camp jobs once.
A role is held for a session, not forever. Assign it on the staff profile. Disabling a role ends open assignments. It does not delete the history and it does not change anyone's status.
CIT and the ratio
CIT/LITdoes not count toward the ratio, and the arrival list does not show that person as simply cleared. The row says they are not the only adult in a group. A counselor assigned in the same session still needs the counselor's background check.
When someone holds two roles in one session, the stricter requirement applies. References take the higher number. Required cards combine.
