Rosterfy is a volunteer-management platform for events, programs, and large volunteer workforces. This connector syncs people both ways.
1. Get API credentials
- Request API access from Rosterfy (integrations@rosterfy.com) to receive a Client ID and Client secret.
- Note your account subdomain — the part before
.rosterfy.com.
2. Connect in VolunteerBadge
Go to Settings → Integrations → Rosterfy → Connect, enter your subdomain, Client ID, and secret, pick a direction, and Test & connect.

Rosterfy supports real-time webhooks and a first-class date-of-birth field, so syncs are fast and screening-ready.
