Set up your organization profile

Logo, address, and the custom message on volunteer invites.

Open Settings → Organization (available to Owners and Admins):

  • Logo — upload your logo (under 2 MB). It appears on your application pages and report PDFs.
  • Organization name, phone, and full address — used on invites and reports.
  • Custom message on application invites — an optional personal note added to the email volunteers receive.

Your focus area (sector) is set during onboarding and shown read-only here. To change it later, email support@screenforgelabs.com.

Your Settings tabs: Account, Organization, Team, Recruitment (QR code + flyer), Screening, Notifications, API, Webhooks, and — for Pro orgs — Pro. Admins and Owners see every tab; a Member sees only the Account tab.
