A tier describes how closely an adult works with children: supervised, unsupervised, or coach. The starter set is an example. It is not legal advice, and it is not a determination that any particular training is required.
Each adult can have more than one renewal date, such as a background check and a training date. School home, status share, the front desk, and the premises list use the soonest date. Expiring means the check is still clear and that date is within 60 days. A date on file does not clear an adult. Recording a fingerprint date does not order a fingerprint check. A registry scan at the door is not a background check.
A tier can note that the co-op tracks continuous monitoring, asks to see an ID in person, or has a volunteer fee. Those are notes. They do not order monitoring, verify an ID, or collect a fee.
