Binder is a camp-only list of what your organization reviewed, who owns each item, when it was last reviewed, and when the next review is due. Open it from Camp tools in the dashboard under Manage.
The first visit seeds starter rows you can rename or remove. You can add blank rows for anything else you track. Rows with a review due date in the past show a short note on the page.
February 1 email
On February 1 each year, notification contacts get one email that names ACA's published due date for the Annual Accreditation Report and Statement of Compliance. The message does not say your camp is accredited.
This binder does not score your camp and does not use accreditation standard numbers. It is only a dated checklist for your own records.
