Status share lets a booster or PTA offer a school a status. The school creates a code. The booster pastes that code and picks an adult. Nothing is shown until the school accepts. Then the school sees Cleared, Expiring, or Not cleared.
The school does not receive the background-check report. Either organization can revoke, and that removes the person immediately. A name scan at a door is not a background check.
