The six workbooks
- Children’s Ministry Rota & Two-Adult Rule Checker — checks the two-adult rule by household, not head-count, because a couple alone in the nursery passes a count and defeats the control. Also computes the waiting period before someone may serve with children from their first-attended date, and gates eligibility on screening currency, training and references together.

What is a setting, not a rule
Waiting periods, screening cycles, deposit windows, rotation thresholds and both giving thresholds are cells you fill in. They are set by your denomination, your insurer, your state and your own policy, and they change — so the workbooks ask rather than assume.

First: two-adult supervision, a waiting period before serving, and volunteer screening are widely adopted practices commonly expected by church insurers — they are not, in general, law, and mandatory reporting is separate, set by state law, applies to individuals regardless of church policy, and is never satisfied by a spreadsheet entry.
