Host facility

Renewal dates and a status-only list of adults on the premises. No background-check report.

The host page is what you hand the church or facility that lets you use the building. It records the host name, the agreement renewal, the certificate of insurance date, and whether the host is named as additional insured. School home links here when a state note says the host policy is usually the real requirement. That sentence is not a determination.

You can upload the certificate the host gave you. The file stays private. Storing it is not a coverage opinion.

Download the premises list when the church asks who may be in the building. The file has a name and Cleared, Expiring, or Not cleared. Expiring means the check is still clear and a renewal date is within 60 days. A renewal date does not clear anyone. It does not include a background-check report. A name scan at a door is not a background check.

If you enter a certificate date, a reminder goes out 60 days before, 30 days before, and 7 days before. The note is about that date. It is not a coverage opinion.

Publish the handbook lines, then send each adult a link for that version. Acknowledging the lines is not a background check. The page the adult opens says that, and it covers only that version. A new version needs a new acknowledgment.
