Injury log is a camp-only list of injuries and near-misses with the date, activity, location, what was observed, and who was involved. Open it from Camp tools in the dashboard under Manage, after Binder.
When you save a row, the page shows this notice: Saving this row does not meet a duty to report to child protective services or law enforcement. In some states the person who suspects harm must report it themselves.
Near-misses are included in the season activity counts. The log does not use an allegation category or link rows to camper records — people involved are free text only.
The season summary counts open follow-ups and groups incidents by activity for the selected season's sessions plus any rows not tied to a session.
