Cleared to serve is a phone-friendly list of people assigned to ministries. It appears when Church tools are on. Green means the requirements we track are met. Amber means a background check expires within 30 days. Red lists the specific gap, and each gap opens the place where that item is handled.
Red does not approve or decline anyone, and it does not change their status. The time at the top is when this list was loaded, shown in UTC. It does not refresh on its own.
A ministry that expects a driving record still shows that note. The note does not turn the row red by itself, because VolunteerBadge does not order that record.
Two-adult rule
If a ministry uses the two-adult rule and fewer than two adults are assigned to it, the page says so above the list. Choosing that note shows the people assigned to that ministry. That note is about the ministry, not a mark on one person. Each ministry also shows how many adults are assigned and the strongest gap among them. Someone under 18 is not counted as an adult.
