Registration

One link for a term. Each adult gets their own $5 check. A warning is the default. A hard hold is a choice.

Registration is one link for a term. You can set the first and last day. Before the first day, and after the last day, the link says so and the form is not there. The last day is still open. A link that does not match a registration says it is not active. A family adds the adults who will be in the building. Each adult gets their own email and agrees on their own screen. One parent cannot agree for another. The check is $5 per adult.

The default is a warning. You can save an enrollment page. A family sees that page only after a hard hold, and only when every adult who will be in the building is clear. A warning link never shows it. A hard hold, which waits until every adult who will be in the building is clear, is a choice. The list updates when a check comes back clear, so a hard hold can release. Turning School tools off does not delete the link.

An adult who will not be in the building stays on the family and does not hold enrollment. A grandparent is not left out automatically. You mark that they will not be there. One guardian is a box the family checks. Leaving the second adult blank does not halve the service expectation.

You can mark a family as board, lead teachers, co-teachers, returning, or waitlist. That only orders the list. It does not hold a spot or run a check. Nudge sends the same application email again to an adult who is not clear yet. The download is a list of names, a status of clear, unfinished, or not in the building, and the priority if you set one. It does not include a background-check report.

The registration page shows a code for the link. The code does not run a check. When a service expectation is saved, the family sees it and agrees before the checks are sent. VolunteerBadge does not charge that expectation. Each adult still agrees to their own check. Hand the phone to the next adult, or they can use the email.
