Front desk compares a door list with the adults on file. Paste one person per line: email, name, tier, and the word green if the door system showed them as allowed.
The page calls out three problems. The person is not in VolunteerBadge. The tier on the door list does not match. Or the door list says green and the check is not current. Add this adult opens the family form with that name and email filled in. Review tiers opens the renewal form on that adult. Open their record goes to the volunteer page. None of these steps runs a check. A registry scan at the door is not a background check.
An outside system can ask, with your API key, whether one email address is cleared. If the address is unknown, the answer looks the same as a person who is not cleared.
