For rescues and shelters

Two things these deliberately do not do
The vaccination workbook supplies no intervals. They are veterinary and legal questions that differ by species, age, product and state, and rabies is regulated separately again. A template shipping an interval would be making a veterinary decision for an organization it has never met.
The wildlife log is not an official form and must never be submitted in place of one. Required fields, retention periods and reporting deadlines are set by your permit and your state and federal authorities, and they differ. Where your permit conditions differ from anything in the workbook, your permit governs.
