Trips is a camp-only log for off-site outings. Each row tracks how many campers left, how many returned, which two staff recorded those counts, and when the group departed and came back. Open it from Camp tools in the dashboard under Manage, after Injury log.
When you add a trip, you name it and tie it to a session. Saving the six fields drives the status label: counts that match with two different staff and both times filled in show Counts match; different counts show a mismatch message; anything missing stays incomplete.
Two different staff members record the count leaving and the count coming back. This page does not say a permission slip transfers liability, and it does not answer van rules.
