Create your account & organization

Sign up and set up your organization with the 6-step onboarding wizard.

  1. Go to volunteerbadge.com and choose “Create your free account.” Enter your email and a password (at least 8 characters), or use “Continue with Google.” Prefer no password? Request a magic-link sign-in instead.
  2. After confirming your email, the onboarding wizard sets up your organization in six quick steps:

TeamInvite admins by email now, or “Skip for now.”
Your PathPick how you’ll use VolunteerBadge: Use the Platform, API + Webhook, or Both.
Share & RecruitGet your volunteer application link, a printable QR code, and an optional AI-generated flyer.
First TemplateA ready-to-use application template is created for you based on your focus area.
DoneJump to Buy Credits, Customize Template, or Go to Dashboard.

The first time you reach the dashboard, a short guided tour highlights the key areas. You can replay it any time from Settings → Account.
