- Go to volunteerbadge.com and choose “Create your free account.” Enter your email and a password (at least 8 characters), or use “Continue with Google.” Prefer no password? Request a magic-link sign-in instead.
- After confirming your email, the onboarding wizard sets up your organization in six quick steps:

| Share & Recruit | Get your volunteer application link, a printable QR code, and an optional AI-generated flyer. |
| First Template | A ready-to-use application template is created for you based on your focus area. |
| Done | Jump to Buy Credits, Customize Template, or Go to Dashboard. |
The first time you reach the dashboard, a short guided tour highlights the key areas. You can replay it any time from Settings → Account.
