Bring colleagues in to help run your program. Open Settings → Team: enter their email, choose a role, and click Invite. They'll get an email to join your organization.
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full access — billing, settings, team, and results. (That’s you.) |
| Admin | Manage the team, billing, and settings; invite volunteers; run checks; review results. |
| Member (shown as “Coordinator”) | Invite volunteers, run checks, log hours, and run reports. Cannot manage billing, settings, or the team. |
A common setup is to add a Coordinator who invites volunteers and runs their checks using your account's credits. You can change anyone's role any time from the Team tab.
Invites you send appear under Pending invites on the same tab, where you can copy the invite link, resend the email, or revokeit before it's accepted.
If the organization was created with a shared inbox and people usually sign in with Google or LinkedIn on a personal email, invite that email as Owner or Admin. Until you do, that social sign-in is a separate login and cannot open the dashboard.
Networks have Owners and Admins only — Coordinator is not offered in the invite picker on a network. A network Owner or Admin may also have inherited Admin access to its member organizations; this does not replace the member organization's direct Owner or expose sibling organizations to member-organization admins. On a member organization, those network leaders appear under a read-only Network admins (via {network name}) list below your own team, with no remove or role control.
