Connect Breeze ChMS

Sync people between Breeze and VolunteerBadge.

Settings → Integrations — connect Breeze.

Breeze is a simple church-management system popular with small congregations.

1. Find your subdomain & API key

Your subdomain is the part before .breezechms.com in your URL.
Go to Account Settings → Extensions → API and copy your API key.

2. Connect in VolunteerBadge

Go to Settings → Integrations → Breeze ChMS → Connect, enter your subdomain and API key, choose a direction, and Test & connect.

Good to know

Breeze has a tight ~20-request/minute limit and no change feed, so we run full, paced syncs a few times a day rather than instantly. Contact fields are matched automatically from each person's profile.
